First, we work with professionals only. We also take extra steps during referencing to maintain good quality and meet all of our tenants in person.
Who will manage my property?
Your property will be run by a very experienced team and support staff. GoodStep Properties are owned by Krystle McGilvery, a finance and property professional with over a decade in the industry.
How do you guarantee my rent?
We enter an agreement with you bounding us to pay you every month. We also run a financially stable business with sufficient reserves to cover any additional costs, ensuring we are always able to cover your rent. We also have a very savvy Chartered Accountant safeguarding our financials!
